    Our Awesome Shirts

    How do your shirts fit? Good question! Our size chart is right here.

    When do (PreOrder) items ship? All preorder items will have an estimated ship date on the product page. If "TBD" is listed, we will email all customers once the production minimum is hit and what date to expect shipment!

    What happens if you're sold out of what I want? This shouldn't ever happen, but occasionally an order containing an out-of-stock item will slip through the cracks. If this happens to you, we'll email you to let you know of the issue and if you'd like to wait on the backordered item, or a refund. We'll ship the rest of your order (if applicable) immediately!

     

    Orders & Shipping

    How much does shipping cost? We offer USPS ground shipping for all orders, any size up to $100 for just $5 AND free shipping over $100. We also offer paid upgrade shipping through FedEx, which will range based on location and desired delivery.

    When will my order ship? Most orders ship out the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders shipped via USPS (free ground) will not ship on holidays observed by the US Postal Service, such as President's Day, Martin Luther King Day, etc. You will receive an email 

    How will I track it? You will receive an email the moment your order ships from our team with tracking information & an expected delivery date from USPS or FedEx.

     

    Returns & Exchanges

    Can I return or exchange an item I purchased? Any item can be returned within 15 days of delivery of your item for a full refund of the item, or an exchange. Note that the FedEx shipping fee (if applicable) is not refundable. To process a return or exchange just drop a line to our awesome Customer Service team via the Contact Us page or fill out this Returns & Exchanges form and send your item back with this included. Please keep in mind that you must be able to provide us with a tracking number as proof of your return shipment. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.

    Do you wholesale? Absolutely! Drop us a note to info@DonutJudge.Me with the subject line "Wholesale". All wholesale accounts require a valid resale license & minimum purchase order of 20 units.
